If Premium isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This also satisfies the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal.
Renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and haven't materially used Premium features since the charge. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Email [email protected] from your account email with the word "refund". Web purchases are refunded through our merchant of record to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple; refunds for those follow Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to help if you get stuck.
